1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement applicable between the vp29 platform and its users. By accessing the vp29.cam website, registering, or using any service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms govern the following:

• Opening and managing an account on the vp29 platform
• Using casino games, sports betting and other services
• Financial transactions — deposits, withdrawals and bonus claims
• Collection and use of personal information (supplementary to the privacy policy)
• Obligations related to responsible gaming

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on vp29, users must be an adult under the laws of Bangladesh and must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

2.2 Account Rules

• Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential. Sharing the password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder will be personally liable for all activities carried out through the account.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

2.3 Verification Process

vp29 may at any time request verification of a user's identity, age and financial information. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may need to be submitted for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Minor Protection

vp29 strictly follows a policy of keeping minors away from gaming. The platform is only for those aged 21 and above.

• If a user is suspected to be a minor, we may suspend the account at any time.
• If age fraud is proven, all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.
• We request parents and guardians to ensure that minor members of the household are not able to use this platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if the verification process has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, vp29 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). vp29 does not impose any transaction fees, however your payment provider may charge fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Specific terms and conditions must be met to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 10 times (10x).
• To withdraw the bonus amount, bets totalling 10 times the combined (deposit + bonus) amount must be placed.
• The full bet amount on certain games may not count toward wagering.
• Withdrawal from the bonus is not possible until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If a user attempts to claim a bonus fraudulently, the account will be cancelled.
• vp29 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus offers may be available for a limited time only.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members have the opportunity to advance through three VIP tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher tier is based on regular active participation and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

vp29 believes in the fair play principle. All game outcomes are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG). No user or third party can manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• Any dishonest attempt to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to place bets (Collusion) is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or disconnection, vp29 will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, vp29 is not obligated to provide additional compensation for losses caused by technical faults.

7 Responsible Gaming

vp29 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — we are mindful that it should never become a cause of financial problems or mental stress.

• Users can set spending limits, time limits and deposit limits on their own account.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 vp29's Rights

vp29 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• If the Terms are violated
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If false information has been provided
• If age or identity cannot be verified
• If multiple accounts are being operated
• On the instruction of law enforcement authorities

8.2 User Rights

Any user may voluntarily close their account. The opportunity to withdraw all legitimate funds will be given before the account is closed, unless the funds are linked to fraud.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the vp29 platform — logos, designs, software, game content, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of vp29 or its licensed partners. Users may only use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or selling platform content is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.
• vp29 trademarks or logos may not be used without prior permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vp29 is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses arising from gaming activities
• Losses due to technical issues or internet disconnection
• Delays or issues related to third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or leaving a password unsecured

vp29 always strives to improve the user experience, however our liability in any unforeseen situation is limited to a reasonable extent.

11 Changes and Amendments to Terms

vp29 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible in the case of significant changes.
